if x = root 3 + root 2 by root 3 + root 2 and Y = root 3 minus root 2 by root 3 + root 2 find x square y square​

X=3+2

√3+√2

now rationalising the denominator,

hence, X=3+2×3-2

√3+√2×√3-√2

= 3-2.

there fore X=1 ,square of X=1

and for y,

y=3-2

√3+√2

y=3-2×3-2

√3+√2×√3-√2

=3-1

1

=2 square of y is 4

hence square of X and y is 1and 4
