if x+ root over (x to the power 2 -9=4,find the value of x root over x square-9​

Answer:

A number has two square roots (if it is other than 0 ofcourse). So to distinguish between them we call the positive square root the principal square root and represent it by √(...).

So √(x^2) = |x|.

One more thing something raised to power 1/2 also mean the positive square root.
