here is ur answer

given,

x =  \sqrt{3}  +  \sqrt{2}  -  \sqrt{2}
y =  \sqrt{3}  -  \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{2}
now,
 {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2}  =  ({ \sqrt{3} }^{2}  +  { \sqrt{2} }^{2}  -  { \sqrt{2} }^{2})  +(  { \sqrt{3} }^{2}  -  { \sqrt{2} }^{2}  +  { \sqrt{2} }^{2} )
 {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2}  = (3 + 2 - 2) + (3 - 2 + 2)
 = 3 + ( - 1)
 = 3 - 1 \\  = 2
