Solution

given equations

X² -3X +1 =0

By , Dharacharya Formula

X = [-b±(b²-4ac)]/2a

here,

a= 1,b=-3,C=1

so,

X =[ -(-3)±{(-3)²-4×1×1}]/(2×1)

X = [ 3±{9-4}]/2

X= [ 3±5]/2

now, take first +ve sign

X = (3+5)/2

again, take -ve sign

X = (3-5)/2

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

x^2-3x+1=0

If we take roots for this equation,

b=-3,a=1,c=1;

b^2-4ac => 9-4 => 5;

Therefore the equation has real roots.

-b+(b^2-4ac)^(1÷2)/2a,

-b-(b^2-4ac)^(1÷2)/2a;

X=>(3+(5)^(1÷2))÷2, (3-(5)^(1÷2))÷2
