f(x) = 9x^2 + 2x + 10
so now ,
f(x +1 ) = 9( x+ 1 )^2 + 2 ( x +1 ) + 10
f ( x + 1 ) = 9 ( x^2 + 1 + 2x ) + 2x + 2 + 10
f (x + 1 ) = 9x^2 + 9 + 18x + 2x + 12
f(x + 1 ) = 9x^2 + 20x + 21
