x+√x=90

Now,we will subtract x from both sides.

x-x+√x=90-x

√x=90-x

Now,we will square both sides.

(√x)²=(90-x)²

Using identity: (a-b)²=a²+b²-2ab

Here a=90 & b=x

x=90²+x²-2×90×x

x=8100+x²-180x

x=x²-180x+8100

x=x²-90x-90x+8100

x=x(x-90)-90(x-90)

x=(x-90)(x-90)

0=(x-90)(x-90)-x

:.x=81
