(x+y)^3 = x^3+y^3 + 3xy (x+y)
x^3 + y^3 = (x+y)^3 - 3 xy (x+y)
= 12^3 - 3 * 27 * 12
= 12* 63 = 756
(x+y)^3 = x^3+y^3 + 3xy (x+y)
x^3 + y^3 = (x+y)^3 - 3 xy (x+y)
