So x = 2 and y = 3
Putting in the values
3x + 2y = 3 x 2 + 2 x 3 = 12

2x + 3y = 2 x 2 + 3 x 3 = 13
Hope this helps you! :)

Step-by-step explanation:

X:Y=2:3

Let

X=2p

Y=3p

(3x+2y) (2x+3y)=(3x2p+2x3p) / (2x2p+3x3p)

=(6p+6p) / (4p + 9p)

=12p/13p

=12:13
