If x+y=24 and xy=6 then find the value of x^-1+y^-1

x^-1+y^-1 = 1/x+1/y= (x+y)/xy = 24/6 = 4

x+y= 24   xy= 6

x⁻¹+y⁻¹ = (1/x)+(1/y)= (x+y)/xy = 24/6 = 4

So, x⁻¹+y⁻¹ = 4
