Step-by-step explanation:

x:y = 3:4

let the commom multiple be m here

therefore

x = 3m

y = 4 m

2x + 3y

= 2 × 3m + 3 × 4m

= 6m + 12m

= 18m

3y - 2x

= 3 × 4m - 2 × 3m

= 12m - 6m

= 6m

therefore ,

2x+3y : 3y-2x

= 18m / 6m

= 3

the answer is 3
