             (x+y)^{3}=x^{3} +y^{3}+3x^{2}y+3xy^{2}           ..........(1)

Given that

            x+y=5 and xy=6

Put these values in the eq.(1)

        (5)^{3}=x^{3} +y^{3}+3xy(x+y)

         125=x^{3} +y^{3}+3(6)(5)\\ 125=x^{3} +y^{3}+30\\ x^{3} +y^{3}=125-90\\ x^{3} +y^{3}=35

Hence the value of  x³ + y³ will be equal to 35.
