ANSWER-
x+y=6___________(1)
(x)(y)=4__________(2)
To find-
x²+y²
We know-
(x+y)²= x²+2xy+y²
Therefore,
x²+y²= (x+y)² -2xy
from equation 1 and 2.
x²+y²= (6)²-2(4)
x²+y²=36-8
x²+y²=28
the value is 28!!
