To Find :-

• x² + y²

Solution :-

We know that,

→ ( x + y )² = x² + y² + 2xy

Here, we have the value of ( x + y ) and xy. So, by substituting the value in formula we can find value of x² + y².

→ 9² = x² + y² + 2 ( 3 )

→ 81 = x² + y² + 6

→ x² + y² = 81 - 6

→ x² + y² = 75

The value of x² + y² is 75
