If X + Y is equal to 4 and X Y is equal to 5 find the value of x cube + y cube

x+y=4
xy=5
we know that,
(x+y)^3=x^3+y^3+3xy(x+y)
subs. values above...
(4)^3=x^3+y^3 +3×5×4
64=x^3+y^3+60
therefore. x^3+y^3=4

(x+y )³=x ³+y ³+3xy(x+y)

4³=x ³+y ³+3(5*4)

x ³+y ³=64-60

=4
