Answer:

If x,y,z are in AP.,then it's common difference is

(a)√x^2-yz

(b)√y^2-xz

(c)√z^2-xy

(d) None of these 

How is Option B correct

Let x,y,z be a-d , a , a+d respectively, where d is common difference.

Now write down the values of x²,y²,z²,xy , yz , xz

And now just substitute in the options to get d (as in value) as answer, which is option b.
