if x²-4x =1
so, x²=1+4x

so the value of x²+1÷x² is

(1+4x)+1÷(1+4x)=(1+4x)+ 1/(1+4x)

1+4x+ 1/(1+4x) =( 1+4x)(1+4x)+1/(1+4x)

(1²+4x +4x +16x²+1)/1+4x

2+8x+16x²/1+4x

x²=1+4x
x=1+4
x=5
hence substitute the value and get the answer..
