If x²-x=6, then x²+x = 12..
But how? Can u please give the explanation?

Here is the answer to your question.
We have 2 equations:- 
x sq. - x= 6  and x sq. + x= 12.
Just one thing here, I cant denote x sq. with a 2 on the top so i will consider it y. Hope its OK for you.
now I get, y - x=6  and  y + x=12.
1st we are going to find the value of x using first equation. 
So -x=6 - y
      x= -6 +y
NOW, SUBSTITUTE THE VALUE OF X IN NEXT EQUATION.
We get,
y + (-6 +y)=12
y - 6 + y=12
2y-6 = 12
y-6 = 12/2= 6
y= 6+6= 12
Again substitute x and y in both the equations.
