X² - X - 6=0
X²- 3X +2X - 6= 0
(X-3)X +2 (X-3) =O
(X-3)(X+2) = 0

NOW I FACTORIZE SECOND EQUATION

X²+3X-18=0
X²+6X-3X-18 =0
X(X+6) -3(X+6)=0
(X+6)(X-3)=0
SO (X-3) IS COMMON FACTOR
