x²+y²=47 and xy=19/2
∴, (x+y)²
=x²+2xy+y²
=47+2×19/2
=47+19
=66
(x-y)²
=x²-2xy+y²
=47-2×19/2
=47-19
=28
∴, 2(x+y)²+(x-y)²
=(2×66)+28
=132+28
=160

** It must be (x+y)² instead of (x+y) to obtain the result in form of integers.
