(x^2+1/x^2)^2-2=x^4+1/x^4
x^2+1/x^2= underroot of ( 119+2) =11
(x-1/x)^2+2=x^2+1/x^2
x-1/x = underroot of (11-2)= 3
so the value of x-1/x is 3
x^2+1/x^2= underroot of ( 119+2) =11
(x-1/x)^2+2=x^2+1/x^2
x-1/x = underroot of (11-2)= 3
so the value of x-1/x is 3
