(X+1/x) ^2= x^2 +1/x^2 + 2
(x+ 1/x) ^2 = 62 +2
(x+1/x) ^2= 64
x+1/x= 8

Actually it's a formula so basically u just have to use it
The basic formula is a+b whole square or (a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab
accordingly the sign and variable changes with question
here we have 1/x & X so 2ab becomes just 2
