1 and -b or 1/a and -b/a is the answer

If y=a+bx,then the correlation coefficient between X and Y ,r, is +1 if b>0 and is -1 if b<0. That is,it depends on the slope of the given straight line. If it positive,r=+1 and if it negative,r=-1.
