if y = log x^x, find dy/dx​

Answer -

y = logx^x

y = x log x ( bcz log m^n = n log m)

then ,

dy/dx = x{d/dx(log x)} + log x {d/dx (x)}

dy/dx = x ( 1/x) + log x ( 1)

dy/dx = 1+log x Ans.

dy/dx=x.logx

dy/dx=x.dy/dx logx+ dy/dx.x logx

dy/dx=x.1/x+1.logx
