y=log(tan x)
dy/dx = d(log(tanx))/dx
= (1/tanx) *d(sinx/cosx)/dx
= (cosx/sinx) * (cosx/-sinx)
= – (cosx*cosx) / (sinx*sinx)
= – cos2x/sin2x
