Dy/dx = sec^2 3x (3) + cos 2x (2)

now Dy/dx at π/3

so = sec^2( 3*π/3) 3 + cos (2π/3) 2

= (-1) ^2 *3 + (-1/2) *2

= 3 -1

= 2
