y = x^5 - 3x^2 + 2x
Now,
d(x^n) / dx = n*x^n-1
By this formula,
d(y)/dx = d(x^5-3x^2 + 2x) / dx
= 5*x^5-1 - 3*2*x^2-1 + 2*x1-1
= 5x^4 - 6x
Hence,
dy/dx = 5x^4 - 6x
Now,
d(x^n) / dx = n*x^n-1
By this formula,
d(y)/dx = d(x^5-3x^2 + 2x) / dx
= 5*x^5-1 - 3*2*x^2-1 + 2*x1-1
= 5x^4 - 6x
Hence,
dy/dx = 5x^4 - 6x
