3*(N*(N+2)) = 2*(N*(N+1) + 32

3*N^2 + 6*N = 2*N^2 + 2*N + 32

N^2 +4*N - 32 = 0

(N + 8)*(N - 4) = 0

N = -8 or N = 4

Take the negative solution so the answer is -8, -7 and -6

Check: 3*(-8)*(-6) = 144

2*(-8)*(-7) = 112

144 - 112 = 32
