Well, you have asked about the ideas.. So, I would like to share my own ideas.
✴️Almost every useless or vulgar question should be deleted at the time when it is asked.. But there is one problem. At every moment moderators aren't online. So, it becomes the duty of the normal users to report such questions and answers so that when moderators are online, they can delete them.
✴️ It's true that moderators are needed only if the users break the rules.
Consider one thing... That if not even a single user breaks the rules of this app, then what would be the use of moderators... It would be null..
✴️ The privilege of "deletion of irrelevant comments" should also be used by moderators to maintain peace on this app.
✴️ Last but not the least, moderators should honestly fulfill their duties. They should not favour any one user nor demoralize any other user.
Telling by my own experience, users should be handled with patience and calmness.

Moderators are samurais of Brainly. They are here for the moderations in answering and questions. They can delete the questions, answers, dps which are copied, spammed, abusive etc. The role of moderator is crucial in well working of Brainly. If those Moderators are not present then the Brainly will become like Facebook, Instagram etc.. As, they are abused by some people.
Coming to your question, If I were a moderator then I will take the following steps to make Brainly more better.
》 Brainly is effected by the Short and irrelevant answers like some users answer I don't know, search in Google etc.
》 Their account should be deleted directly without any warning because prevention is better than cure.
》 Before they spam Brainly we should delete their account as fast as possible.
》 I will provide some guidelines to the Brainly users officially which are given to the Brainly stars, Benefactors.
》 I will motivate the users that this app is for helping others education and learning ourselves.
》 Next, If I would be a leader moderator like protector I will start some rules in the app like the answer must be in 60+ words.
》 I will increase the target of small moderators as in the race of deleting more answers moderators work hard to delete every spam answers.
》 If there is possibility of adding the auto verification of answers I will start it.
The above measures are my own ideas to make Brainly a spam free.
