IN DEMOCRACY their is less chance of commiting mistake because many peoples are involved in taking decisions.in this after every few years government keep changing according to peoples will.in this every individual adult 18 years or above (for india ) have right to choose leaders by casting vote.in other form of govt. only the family of the leader who is current leader gets the opportunity to become leader.but in democracy any individual or any party can take part in election as a representative.in other form of govt. there is nothing to control the power of leader but in democracy there is set of written rules called constitution accordingly the leader have to take action under the rules and law written in it.
