I guess that depends on several things, but before I dive into that I wanted to find out if you meant to ask "What do you do if you are alone at home and a stranger suddenly enters your home?". The reason I rephrased the question is because when you ask "what would happen" it automatically implies that the outcome is dependent on both parties whereas "what do you do" puts the responsibility solely on you so it gives you more agency in said scenario.

So, if someone you don't know walks into your room uninvited there is obviously cause for alarm. However, I would suggest that you remain calm and rational because if you move first to escalate the situation beyond where it already is it can lead to devastating consequences.

Find out what the person who is in your room wants while you simultaneously attempt to notify someone (cops, parents, guardian) of the situation that is unfolding. It is imperative that someone else knows that a stranger walked into your room and that you are currently alone at home. Stay calm and try and notify someone as you also try and figure out exactly why that person might be there. It could be a new house guest your parents forgot to mention (extremely unlikely) or it could be someone a lot more dangerous.

Make sure that while you attempt to contact someone and find out who this person is, that you keep a good amount of distance between yourself and the supposed intruder. If you do not know who this person is make sure you are adamant about keeping some distance between yourself and them.

Now, if they do not identify themselves and tell you who they are in your room or if they refuse to acknowledge your request to keep at a distance then make sure you do your best to get out of the room and try and find help.
