if you are an engineer construting a multi storied building, which alloy would you be extensively using and why.please help me.it is urgent.

if I am a engineer I prefer to use steel alloy to construct building
because it has high strength
good toughness, 
high stiffness, quite easy to shape 
and easy to weld.
