I would suggest to keep something to hold on in stairs because it not safe to climb (there is a chance of falling). I would request then to change the design of the glass walls because it there is an earthquake, there is a chance of collapsing of the building. I would also request them the build a small supporting wall in the terrace to prevent the accidents.
