If you are DR. and 2 patients come in emergency condition Person A having HYPERTENSION and Person B having HYPOTENSION which person u treat first?

According to me:

i'll treat person B.because it is more critical than person A.

in hypotension:

1. there is sweating process continuously.
2. there is vomiting.
3. patient feel uncomfortable.
4. strong headache

Due to sweating and vomiting there is a loss of water.so there is need to treat person B so that the water level can be maintained at normal value.
