If you are given a solution of Hydrochloric acid how can you make it into a solution which is neither acidic nor basic?

we will add a strong base in it . that may be sodium hydroxide or pottasium hydroxide

dashingdhanshri: i mean to say we know a neutralisation reaction as a HCL is a strong acid we need a strong base which will neutralise it

we can add a bse to obtain salts and also we can add strong beses sice HCL is strong
