[2.] On the iron strip,A bar magnet is placed and rubbed against it                          horizontally only in one direction.
[3.] When you reached the end of the strip,Lift the magnet and start rubbing          from the initial position.
[4.] This process is repeated in more than 40-50 times.
[5.] After doing this,The iron strip will attained the property of a magnet.
