If I am going to visit Dal Lake at Kashmir, I will keep woolen cloths and warm clothes in my luggage. Because there, the environment will be very cold due to the higher altitude of Kashmir, so we have to enjoy the trip rather than shivering due to lack of warm clothes.  

So, the woolen cloths will stop making us feel cold. We should eat hot foods like meat or chicken and these foods will maintain our body temperature.
