I would like to keep the woolen clothes of dark colour while visiting to Dal lake in Kashmir because Kashmir is a cool place so that's why I would like to keep the woolen and dark colour clothes in my Luggage

Actually the weather prevailing in Kashmir cannot be predicted. But most of the time it is very cold there. So if one goes to visit the Dal Lake I would prefer the person to take warm clothes like sweaters, jackets, trousers, etc., in his or her luggage.
It is because the person may feel cold in Kashmir as the weather keeps on changing.The temperature in Kashmir may have a range of 15 to 24 Celsius.
