=

( \frac{ - 5}{4} ) \times ( \frac{ - 5}{4} ) \times ( \frac{ - 5}{4} ) \times( \frac{ - 5}{4} ) =

  \frac{ {5}^{4} }{ { - 4}^{4} }

but

( \frac{ { - 5}^{4} }{4} ) is \: not \:  = ( \frac{ { - 5}^{4} }{ {4}^{4} } )

option 2 is the correct answer
