if you are provided with three colourless solutions: dilNaOH, water &dil HCL then how will you identify water from them without tasting?

I'll use a pH strip to identify them.When strip is put in NaOH it gives blue colour,in HCl it gives red and in water it gives green colour

by using litmus paper

in naoh red litmus will convert  into blue

in hcl blue litmus paper will convert into red
