If you are provided with three colourless solutions dilute naoh water and dilute hcl how will you identify water without tasting

by litmus paper when red litmus dipped into the solution of dilute NaOH it turns blue and dilute HCl turns blue litmus to red. So we can say that NaOH is a base and HCl is an avid. Water does change the colour of litmus that is why I TV is neutral.
