while travelling in a moving bus if you relate yourself with the things outside bus such as trees, shops, etc. then you will notice that you are in motion.
BUT, if you relate yourself with your immidiate surroinding in the bus such as seats, passengers, etc. you will notice that you are in rest.
There is no confusion as it totally depends on the thought of the person (or you) that to whom you are co-relating yourself.
