if you are sitting in a moving bus are you rest or in motion

it's depends on the point of reference....for a person sitting inside the bus I am at rest and for the person outside the bus we are in motion

There are different view points by which we can see this situation
1) First by our own view point
In our own point of view we are in bus. So ,for us our body is at rest position.

2) By the point of view of those seeing us from outside the bus
By these view point our body is in motion.
