if you change 300 rupees into 5 and 10 rupee notes and get 48 in total,then how many 5 and 10 rupee not will you get?​

Answer:

If all notes are of 100 denomination, we have maximum 2000/100 = 20 notes

If all notes are of 50 denomination, we have maximum 2000/50 = 40 notes

The ratio of VALUE of 100 & 50 rupee notes is 15:5 or 3:1

3/4 x 2000 = 1500 of Rs 100 denomination and 1/4 x 2000 = 500 of Rs 50 denomination.

=> 1500/100 = 15 & 500/50 = 10
