if you collapse an underwater bubble with a sound wave light is produced why and we are in water why?

when we collapse an underwater bubble we will hear a sound wave and a light ray because the light rays or the sun rays which are passing through the water and through the underwater bubble enters the bubble.
and when you burst it the rays which are inside the bubble comes out with a force.
due to that burst we can hear a sound.
