My reaction / emotions regarding this have changed drastically in the last decade. I’m sure this has to do with my transition from a teen to the later twenties.
Earlier, I used to get super flipped out when I did nothing all day. Towards the evening I would want to make some kind of goal and complete it before sleeping. I was just not happy with myself on such days.
