Reading requires a lot more less time than writing, so if a person doesn't have the "less time" to read something, it's impossible on his part to write the same amount of information. But, as the amount to read and to write are not specified, therefore if a person, for example, doesn't have the time to read a whole magazine, can easily write atleast a sentence from the magazine.
So, the above mentioned statement appears to be appropriate at first sight, but when thought logically, the thought reverses and hence I completely disagree with the statement.
