The āgā (acceleration due to gravity) attracts every object to the centre of planet with same speed/velocity
According to the question the coin and the feather dropped down from same hight and time then too coin will reach first and the feather will fell later because of the air resistance as it was a condition of free fall.
If we try the same in vacume where no air is present then both the object (feather & coin) will reach at the same time on the ground if fallen from the same hight and at the same time.
