the soap will become dirty. if the soap is wet the floor will become slippery .

if you drop your soap on the floor not only is floor still dirty it also slippery soap does not magically remove dirts from whether surface it stuck to so that it can be washed away without water soap is usseless if you dropped soap and water on the floor and them mopped them up then floor might be clearner otherwise you just have dirty soap
