Firstly don't panic... Find a safe place or an exit to escape out the house.

Try to inhale lesser amount of air as you may  inhale smoke. Yell "fire fire" to make people aware. Call the fire brigade. If fire is caused due to short circuit or near electrical appliances or switches, never try to extinguish it with water. Use the correct fire extinguisher.
