summer=heat
and air expands due to heat (rise in temperature)
air expands in close volume =rise in pressure
so the air filled in the tyre will expand due to rise in temperature (summers) and it will expand upto a limit and after that limit tyre will not be able to bear the pressure that the air inside the tyre is creating.
So, it will burst.
(note:- normally this does not happen because the tyre makers usually keep the pressure bearing limit of tyre quite high that it will not burst easily in case of cycles (for the safety purpose).
